Please note:
- We do not accept physical returns of any products.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or compromised, contact cs@novubio.com within 72 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation (e.g., photos, order number).
- Approved claims may be eligible for a refund or credit, at our discretion.
- Buyers are responsible for the safe and lawful disposal of any research materials, in accordance with local and institutional regulations.

Novubio LLC is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, or for improper disposal of returned products.
